Electronic Office Solutions EOS sponsors charity golf day on June 3rd this year.
EOS sponsors golf day where there was 17 teams on the green at Barnham Broom Golf Club during NM Finance day. After the golf competition the teams went for a nice meal. Following by a silent charity auction raising £6,500 for the Priscilla Bacon Hospice , well done to everyone on the day. The Barnham Broom Golf Club is a great place to stay and play. Furthermore with 46 bedrooms, a spa and great fitness facilities. Consequently it’s a great place to base yourself and explore Nelsons County of Norfolk. The Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity which was established in 2016 to fundraise for and to build a new hospice on an eight acre site. The new hospice would replace the existing Lodge on Unthank Road in Norwich. The new site will be close to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
In February 2019, a £12.5 million appeal was launched. With thanks to the generosity of so many people and organisations, in February 2022. They broke ground and construction work began.
By September 2023, the dream had become a reality. The new building was completed and equipped, and they welcomed the very first patients. Additionally the original facility on Unthank Road belongs to the NHS and will be repurposed.
